Hello everyone, I am looking forward to working with the young entrepreneaurs of Pike County.

I am a graduate of Father Ryan High School in Nashville, TN where I ran high school cross country and was a 3 year starter for the soccer program. After high school, I attended St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA where I majored in Sport Management with a minor in Marketing. I played 4 years for the men's soccer program before joining the coaching staff for a season. I attended Webster University in St. Louis, MO for my Masters in Business while I also started coaching youth soccer. Upon finishing my master's, I moved to Decatur, IL where I met my wife while teaching and coaching. I've worked in sports media sponsorhsip sales and analysis, event promotion and management, retail sales, as a regional sales rep, and most recently as a sales rep for Westermeyer Industries in Bluffs, IL.

In the heat of the pandemic in 2021, my wife and I decided to open the Rural Cyclery, a full sales and service bicycle shop that also serves coffee and regional craft beers, in our town of Winchester, IL. We are both passionate about rural economic developement and seeing small towns continue to grow and prosper.
